A telescopic handler, also called a lull, telehandler, teleporter, reach forklift, or zoom boom, is a machine widely used in agriculture and industry. It is somewhat like a forklift but has a boom (telescopic cylinder), making it more a crane than a forklift, with the increased versatility of a single telescopic boom that can extend forwards and upwards from the vehicle. The boom can be fitted with different attachments, such as a bucket, pallet forks, muck grab, or winch. This course can be completed once you have a Counterbalance Licence.

Excellent training on Counterbalance and Reach trucks including double reach. The course was very thorough and challenging but enjoyable. Well thought out and presented by a trainer who took care and clearly took interest in everyone. It’s not surprising that they are so highly recommended. All the RS staff from each department have been great to work with over the few years I’ve used them.
Learnt a lot. Chris the instructor very accommodating and great teacher. Had a laugh. Was a bit nervous but Chris put me at ease. Doing a first aid course with him next month as he was such a good instructor.
Just a quick note to say thank you to Chris, excellent trainer, I was a bit nervous about doing the forklift course, but he put me at ease and guided me through it successfully. Once again a big thank you, and I would highly recommend your skills.
Chris was brilliant. Great communication and training. Excellent trainer.
Chris Pooley very professional forklift instructor. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to do the forklift course
I did my counterbalance refresher training with Chris at RS Training.
My course was delivered in a very comfortable environment while a very professional manner was maintained.
The instructor made it a personal mission to ensure I understood and absorbed all information needed in order to achieve my qualification.
I will be returning in September to complete my CPC Module 4. I highly recommend this company to train with.
